Tradewind are working with a special school in Erdington which provide specialist support to secondary-aged pupils with a range of needs, including Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. We are seeking those available both part-time and full-time for daily supply. The Role: Deliver personalised and engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils with MLD, ASC, SLD, and SEMH. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and other staff to provide a consistent, supportive learning experience. Use a variety of teaching strategies and communication methods, including visual aids, sensory tools, and assistive technology. Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment where pupils feel confident and encouraged to participate. Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching methods and materials to meet individual learning goals.Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
