The Trust has won the Football League Community Club ofthe Year award four times and now employs more than 100 members ofstaff. The Trust is forecasting further significant expansion overthe next two years following its appointment as a key partner inthe redevelopment of Gunnersbury Park as a sports hub and its moveto new larger purposebuilt premises directly adjacent to the newBrentford FC 17500 capacity stadium near Kew Bridge in2021.

MainPurpose of Job
To provide PE andsports coaching sessions to children young people and adults inSurrey (Staines and SpelthorneArea).
Responsibilities
Todeliver a variety of sports sessions professionally and with theflexibility to ensure all participants are offered coaching at alevel appropriate to their ability and supportneeds.
Develop relationships with participantsteaching staff and parents.
Keep up to datemonitoring including registers VIEWS database risk assessments andany relevant reporting documents.
To lead on thedelivery in our Key PE schools in the Staines and SpelthorneArea.
To access all quality assurance and stafftraining offered by the Trust during the term ofemployment.
To work with the Berkshire &Surrey Area Coordinator to establish school partnerships in theStaines and Spelthorne Area.
To support thesubmission of our Local to Regional PL PFA funding application forexpansion. This will involve supporting the Area coordinator incollecting case studies and surveys from sessions in Staines& Spelthorne Area.
Follow establishedprotocols for data protection and privacy.
Act asa point of contact in emergency situations providing assistance andguiding individuals to safety.
Coordinate withrelevant authorities and emergency services asnecessary.
Stay informed about safeguardingpolicies procedures and bestpractices.
Participate in training sessionsrelated to safeguarding and emergencyresponse.
Report any safeguarding concernspromptly to the appropriate authorities or designatedpersonnel.
Maintain accurate records of incidentsconcerns and actions taken.
Effectivelycommunicate with staff clients and visitors to promote a culture ofsafety and awareness.
Act as a liaison betweendifferent departments regarding safeguardingmatters.
Collaborate with other team members anddepartments to create a cohesive approach tosafeguarding.
Participate in and stay up to datewith relevant child protection training and workshops.

EssentialCriteria
Minimum Level 2or above sports coaching qualification
Safeguardingcertificate
Emergency Aid certificate
CurrentEnhanced DBS
Minimum 2 years experience in delivering PECurriculum Coaching
Ability to work under own initiativeand as part of a team.
Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills to establish and maintain good workingrelationships.
Experience in planning and deliveringsports activities in curriculumbased PE and after school clubenvironments in Staines & SpelthorneArea.
Experience in understanding and commitment tophysical education sport and longterm athlete development.
Ability to travel to variety of workplaces within Staines& Spelthorne Area as well as West London. utilising owntransport.

AfPELevel 3 PESS qualification
Computer Literate(Microsoft Office) / IT skills
