Job Overview
* Regional Facilities Manager – London and South England
* Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
Main Duties
* Responsible for managing a portfolio of 100 stores based in London and South England.
* Primary point of contact for escalations from the client's representative in the assigned region.
* Duties include managing reactive repairs to completion within assigned SLA's, ensuring WIP is within targets.
* Ensuring the that all planned preventative maintenance is completed to schedule.
* Undertaking store condition surveys, identifying areas for remedial works, and auditing completed works.
* Managing capital projects up to £50k in value
* Undertaking performance reviews of contractors assigned to the account.
What we are looking for
* An experienced Facilities Manager with experience of working in retail or catering environments.
* Must be willing to travel across a large geographical region.
* Self reliant and motivated to succeed, with minimal supervision.
* Technically competent to manage work on catering equipment, HVAC, Electrical and Building Fabric
* CAFM experience - the ability to download and analyse data
* Member of IWFM or equivalent experience
* 5 years experience in a similar role
