Nursery Teacher – Oxfordshire
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time or Part-Time
Hours: Up to 40 hours per week (flexible patterns considered)
Salary: Up to £36,000 per year

About the Role:
An exciting opportunity for a qualified Early Years Teacher to deliver outstanding teaching and learning in a quality nursery setting. Lead pedagogical practice and inspire young learners in their early educational journey.
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
* QTS or EYTS
* Strong understanding of EYFS framework
* Experience teaching in Early Years settings
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality teaching and learning for children aged 0-5
* Lead curriculum planning and EYFS implementation
* Model outstanding practice for the wider team
* Support staff professional development and pedagogy
* Monitor and assess children's progress
* Build strong partnerships with parents and families
* Ensure safeguarding and welfare requirements are met
* Contribute to nursery improvement and development
