Our client, a highly respected Management Contractor, is seeking to appoint a freelance Quantity Surveyor to support them at the bidding stage for a prestigious scheme in Leeds.
You will play an important role in evaluating project viability, managing risks, and assisting in the preparation of a competitive, profitable bid.
Quantity Surveying Duties Will Include
* tender analysis and review
* cost estimation and budgeting
* procurement and subcontractor selection
Requirements
* You must have a proven track record as a Quantity Surveyor in a Main Contractor environment
* Ideally degree educated
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
