We have an opportunity for two Outreach Workers to join our Family Hub Team supporting families, young people and children across the Eden area.
You will work within the Family Hub team to deliver outreach support and activities, working with partner organisations, stakeholders, families, young people and communities to ensure the Family Hub service is built on the needs of the community.
Who we are looking for
Do you have experience of working collaboratively with partner organisations and in building and maintaining excellent professional relationships? Are you passionate about supporting families, helping them make positive changes and improving outcomes for our children and young people? If so and you are keen to support the council to deliver excellent service to our children and families, we want to hear from you.
You will need an awareness and understanding of Family Help and Family Hubs and the ability to engage and consult with children, young people, families and their communities.
