About the role
TA for Secondary SEMH School
1. Location: Bournemouth
2. Hours: Full time - Monday to Friday (8:30am - 3:30pm)
3. Start date: ASAP
We’re looking for a dedicated TA to work at a vibrant secondary SEMH school. This role involves delivering 1-2-1 sessions to help students overcome barriers, boost their confidence, and achieve their potential.

Role & Responsibilities:
4. Deliver focused 1-2-1 English and Maths sessions to students
5. Support students with their emotional and social development
6. Adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs
7. Promote a positive, safe, and encouraging environment
8. Work off-site, travelling to different locations as needed
9. Maintain a professional, caring approach at all times
What we’re looking for:
10. Strong skills in English and Maths
11. Clean driving licence
12. Experience working with young people, preferably in SEMH settings
13. Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude
