Registered Home Manager
Stockton-on-Tees
Salary: From £35,000 to £40,000 per year
TRC has an excellent opportunity with a leading provider in the Midlands to find a Registered Manager for their service in Stockton. This role involves leading motivated teams and making a positive impact on residents’ lives.
The provider specializes in innovative living services for adults with disabilities across England, operating over 45 homes in suburban areas near community services. Their approach emphasizes resident-centered care, promoting independence and inclusive community participation.
Service Details:
The home is a small residential property within walking distance of Stockton’s amenities, serving individuals with learning and physical disabilities.
Reporting To: Regional Manager
Hours: 40 hours/week, with flexibility required for service needs. Candidates should live within easy commuting distance.
Experience & Qualifications: Candidates should hold a Level 5 NVQ or be working towards it, and must have a valid driver’s license. Experience in management or deputy roles, including audits, staff supervision, HR processes (recruitment, absence management, rota planning), and confidence with MCA and DOLs are essential.
