* Influence Office IT portfolio decisions through data‑driven change insights, advocating for employee experience excellence.
* Translate strategic roadmaps into scalable, repeatable adoption playbooks that support global rollout and local relevance.
Who you are
* An experienced change and adoption leader with a proven track record of delivering enterprise‑level change in large, multinational organisations.
* Skilled in designing adoption‑led growth strategies and enabling behavioural change across diverse, global audiences.
* Confident using data, insights, and storytelling to influence both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
* Experienced in Digital Employee Experience (DEX), employee journey design, and modern digital workplace platforms.
* Knowledgeable in Microsoft 365, Copilot, GenAI, and evergreen cloud services.
* Comfortable working across strategy, design, architecture, and product teams using agile or iterative delivery approaches.
* Professionally qualified in change management (for example, Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent).
What's in it for you
* The opportunity to shape the global Digital Employee Experience for one of the world’s leading technology and connectivity organisations.
* Exposure to senior stakeholders across markets, with the ability to influence strategic decisions at scale.
* A collaborative, inclusive environment that values innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.
* The chance to work at the forefront of AI‑enabled digital workplace transformation.
