Overview
The UK's Accreditation Body, UKAS, is looking for a driven and results-focused Marketing Operations Manager to join our Marketing & Communications team.
Responsibilities
* Report to the Head of Marketing & Communications and deliver high-impact, brand-aligned campaigns for the UKAS Academy.
* Manage key digital channels, oversee performance marketing, and help evolve the UKAS website to ensure clarity, consistency and effectiveness.
* Develop and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns for the UKAS Academy.
* Work with modern marketing tools to test, measure and refine activity, bringing insight and innovation to campaign delivery.
* Oversee SEO and PPC activity, working closely with external agencies to drive performance.
* Support continuous improvements to the website, including UX, content and conversion.
* Monitor and report on key metrics, using data to guide strategy and maximise ROI.
* Take ownership of digital channels and campaigns, shaping how UKAS communicates across a range of sectors.
* Ensure accuracy, consistency and brand alignment across all marketing activity.
* Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and strategic opportunities.
About you
* You'll be a confident marketing professional who thrives in a B2B environment and knows how to balance creativity with commercial focus.
* Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar marketing operations role.
* Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC and performance analytics.
* Excellent stakeholder and agency management skills.
* Effective communication and project management capabilities.
* A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
