Kennedys is looking for an experienced Litigation Executive and Associate to work on complex liability and injury matters, primarily within employers and public liability. The successful candidate will handle a diverse range of claims, demonstrating strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ideally, a working knowledge of coverage is required.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging cases and collaborate with a team of experienced professionals. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships are essential.

* Multi‑Defendant and Part 20 Claims

* Both pre‑litigation and litigated files.
Required experience
* 2–5 years UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with the relevant experience
* Litigation experience of assisting up to high multi‑track defence work
* Basic policy coverage
