An opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join our team between Grantown and Aviemore Surgeries. We are looking for an enthusiastic, down to earth person to join us in welcoming our clients and their animals.
We are looking for a warm, confident individual with strong communication skills; someone who possesses excellent customer service skills and has a genuine interest in providing an outstanding service for our animals and clients, every single time. Previous receptionist experience would be advantageous however the necessary training will be provided for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will meet and greet clients, book appointments, deal with any queries, take payments and communicate confidently with customers. As this is a busy and demanding role you must be computer literate and able to cope well under pressure.
This is a part time role working 30 hours per week with occasional weekend work.
