RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR (HEAD OF CONVEYANCING)

Role Overview
The successful candidate will lead and expand the conveyancing department, taking a central role in strategic planning and business development, with a strong focus on driving performance and embedding best practices within the team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and grow a high‑performance conveyancing team.
* Shape and grow your own team while managing a varied caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues, contribute to the integration of new technologies, and play an active role in strengthening the firm’s reputation and presence in the local market.
* Drive performance and embed best practices within the team.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years’ PQE; strong technical experience in conveyancing (commercial and residential).
* Experience managing or supervising a team.
* Strong commercial awareness and ambition.
* Existing client following highly desirable.
