Job Description
My client are a specialist insurance provider who are going through of exciting growth and transformation. They are looking for a Business Analyst to join their Projects Team as part of this continued expansion and innovation.
You will be working on a broad and exciting portfolio of projects, so you must be comfortable working with different business functions, across the entire insurance value chain. As part of the Projects Team, you will be deployed onto solving all types of business problems (process, regulatory, efficiency, etc), therefore it is important than you are versatile in the way you apply your skills.
You will be working on both large strategic projects and smaller business-driven changes, working autonomously, managing various stakeholders and leading key initiatives that align with the company's goals. You will play a key role in driving pieces of work, as well as supporting the build out of their BA framework and ways of working.
Key accountabilities:
1. Engage with business teams across a range of functions and geographies to understand the as-is, to assess processes, problems and needs.
2. A curious person who can review information and ways of working and can challenge and make recommendations with confidence based on experience.
