 
        
        Assistant Quantity Surveyor role at Adjudication Services Ltd
Ardmore has delivered hundreds of major projects across London, including the Corinthia Hotel, Old War Office restoration, The Ned, and many more.
The £260m major mixed‑use scheme will provide 91 private apartments and 30 affordable and shared ownership apartments within two blocks rising to 11 storeys, along with 30,000 sq ft of new purpose‑built co‑working office space and 121 new homes, located in the heart of Kings Cross.
Main Responsibilities
 * Subject to the approval of the Project Surveyor, receive and make payments in respect of interim and final account applications from Sub‑Contractors, Consultants and Suppliers in accordance with Company contractual arrangements.
 * Contribute to the delivery of all confirmed project tasks and goals.
 * Assist in the preparation of Orders with Sub‑Contractors, Consultants and Suppliers.
 * Prepare and co‑ordinate labour‑only payments.
 * Maintain accurate records.
 * Carry out take‑off, measurement, scheduling exercises and prepare bills of quantities for the procurement and sub‑letting processes.
Qualifications
 * BSc in Quantity Surveying
 * Excellent knowledge of Standard Forms of Contract (NEC & JCT) and Standard Methods of Measurement.
 * Commercial knowledge.
 * Minimum 2 years of experience in the Construction industry.
 * Knowledge of Building Regulations (including Part B).
 * Knowledge of NHBC Standards.
