Assistant Manager Bridgend Filling Station Beauly
We are a busy community focused petrol station with shop and Post Office, with plans to expand our shop and other services
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated person to join our management team, the team is a very supportive and welcoming group with a wide range of skills, and we would be looking for the right person to be able to lead this team through the development of the new shop
The right person will have
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Has good computer literacy and administrative skills
* Work well as a team member and show good leadership qualities
* Ideally some retail and management experience
Key responsibilities
* Oversee daily shop operations and confident serving customers
* Support other team members
* Maintain stock levels and ensure compliance with operating procedures
* Produce reports and manage administrative tasks
* Deliver a high standard of customer service
Full training in all systems will be given
