* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently manage multiple briefs, balancing quality with speed while maintaining attention to detail
* A digital-first designer who is comfortable producing high volumes of marketing collateral across display advertising, email campaigns, event promotions, social content and broader digital channels
* Someone who can confidently adapt between multiple brands, campaigns and visual identities, understanding how different audiences require different creative approaches while remaining within established guidelines
* A proactive self-starter who enjoys ownership and can take a brief from concept through to delivery without requiring constant direction or oversight
* Someone eager to learn, develop and grow their career within a scaling business, demonstrating a positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for producing great work
What You're Great At
* Figma and modern digital design workflows, with experience producing polished, professional marketing assets at pace
* Creating banners, campaign creative, email assets, digital invitations, event graphics and wider digital marketing collateral
* Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong organisation, prioritisation and file management practices
* Working closely with marketers, project managers and non-design stakeholders, clearly explaining your thinking and collaborating effectively
* Motion design, animation, GIF creation or related digital content production (beneficial but not essential)
* Ideally prior B2B experience, bringing an understanding of what strong digital marketing comms should look like in a fast paced services business
