We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Support Assistant to join our Independent Living Centre Team. This is a part‑time role providing essential day‑to‑day administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the service.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure all correspondence is presented accurately and appropriately using Trust and departmental procedures and medical terminology used by the clinical staff.
* Handle the full range of administration work practices, software programmes and specialised functional terms.
* Be proficient with patient records management, support new users and instruct them as necessary.
* Use the knowledge and experience to meet the needs of the clinical teams by completing non‑routine tasks on a daily basis.
* Update skills as necessary and attend mandatory training, maintaining records as per Trust policy.

Additional Responsibilities
* General administrative support to the team
* Updating and maintaining patient information accurately
* Ordering and monitoring stationery and office supplies
* Answering telephone enquiries and responding to emails
* Supporting clinicians and service staff with administrative tasks as required
* Previous experience in an administrative role (healthcare setting desirable but not essential)
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage confidential information appropriately
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
