What You’ll Be Doing
Say goodbye to being tied to one site! You’ll play a crucial role in keeping critical systems operational for our clients. Each day brings new challenges, and you’ll be responsible for:
* Servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial and domestic gas heating systems
* Conducting reactive maintenance and fault-finding across client sites
* Occasionally handling installation and upgrade projects
* Undertaking planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks
* Producing clear and accurate technical reports and service documentation
* Ensuring compliance with current gas legislation, safety standards, and site policies
* Providing excellent on-site service and advice to clients
* Supporting broader maintenance work within your remit when needed
What You’ll Need
Essential:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Gas Engineer
* NVQ Level 2/3 in Gas or equivalent
* Strong knowledge of current gas safety regulations and legislation
* Proven experience across a range of commercial appliances
* Solid understanding of fault-finding, diagnostics, and maintenance
* Familiarity with heating controls, BMS, and plumbing
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable Qualifications:
CODNCO1, COCN1, ICPN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, TPCP1, TCP1A, CCN1, CENWAT, COMCAT, CCCN1, CCLNG1, OFTEC, LPG, ASHP, Unvented
