Radiological Protection Manager - Gloucester, UKAbout the RoleReady to shape radiological safety standards that protect people, plants, and performance across the nuclear fleet? Do you want your expertise to influence decisions at the highest level and deliver consistent best practice where it matters most? At EDF, Success is Personal, and this role gives you a clear opportunity to see the impact of your expertise.As Radiological Protection Fleet Manager, youll play a critical role in supporting EDFs journey towards An Electric Britain, ensuring fleetwide excellence in radiological protection and dangerous goods transport. Youll own policies, standards, and performance frameworks, working closely with senior leaders, regulators, and station teams to embed industryleading practice across generation.This role is ideally based from #GloucesterBusinessPark, with flexibility to be near another office across the fleet. Youll work a hybrid pattern, spending 23 days per week in a local office, with regular travel to nuclear sites to support delivery and continuous improvement.What Youll Be DoingOwning fleet radiological protection and dangerous goods transport policies aligned with regulatory and industry best practiceManaging the corporate team of Radiation Protection Advisers and Dangerous Goods Safety AdvisersDriving standardisation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement across all nuclear stationsLeading peer groups, setting KPIs, and reporting fleet performance to senior governance forumsDeveloping and delivering fleet improvement plans, including budget and investment oversightCoaching, mentoring, and supporting station teams through assessments, evaluations, and benchmarkingWho You AreWere looking for a Radiological Protection Fleet Manager who leads with authority, clarity, and integrity, and who thrives in a highly regulated nuclear environment.
