Role Overview: As a Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE, you will play a vital role in assisting a diverse range of clients, including SME businesses, property developers, landlords, and private individuals, in resolving complex disputes. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor passionate about litigation and eager to specialise further in this field. Key Responsibilities: Handle a broad range of litigation matters, particularly in corporate and commercial law, as well as residential and commercial property. Manage cases involving landlord and tenant disputes, ownership conflicts, and possession claims. Work collaboratively with clients to develop effective strategies for dispute resolution. Support the growth of the firm by proactively seeking new clients and opportunities. Key Requirements: Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years of PQE in litigation. Strong ambition and a desire for professional development. Enthusiastic about business development and client engagement. Excellent communication and client care skills.
