Job Description

Making it easy for our international clients to receive value from our digital and content marketing campaigns and services. The role involves managing all aspects of campaign management and delivery (revenue), working closely with internal sales colleagues to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and retention.

Working with clients (scientific manufacturers) globally, across multiple fields of science and technology, within a wider delivery team of campaign executives, editors, and marketing operations. This position does not have direct line management responsibility.

1. Campaign Management: Responsible for all aspects of successful campaign delivery for allocated clients, including proposals, onboarding, project management, content design, delivery, reporting, and providing ongoing insights.
2. Revenue Maximization: Maximize campaign deliverables efficiently within set timeframes, overseeing editorial and marketing operations to ensure quality and timeliness, and contributing to team revenue targets (KPIs).
3. Client Service: Provide excellent ongoing client-facing customer service through regular calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings (some travel may be required). Build long-term relationships with clients.
4. Campaign Design and Delivery: Collaborate with clients to design and deliver campaigns, including content creation, email marketing, webinars, online events, editorial features, videos, and lead nurturing.
5. Performance Review: Regularly review campaign performance against expectations and work with teams to improve results or communicate successes.
6. Client Satisfaction: Monitor client satisfaction and retention, identifying opportunities to add value.
7. Tools and Systems: Use project management, CRM, campaign delivery, metrics reporting, AI tools, and other systems to coordinate and deliver campaigns.
8. Additional Opportunities: Manage commercial or product projects and other business initiatives.
9. Teamwork and Communication: Demonstrate passion for collaboration, manage relationships effectively, and communicate clearly and persuasively.
10. Attention to Detail: Ensure complete and accurate service delivery, with diligent follow-through.
11. Organization: Manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
12. Analytical Skills: Use data analysis and interpretation skills to review campaign performance and make recommendations.
13. Experience with Tools: Experience with CRM, marketing, or management tools such as Hubspot, Monday.com, Salesforce.
14. Marketing Knowledge: Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics.
15. Data Skills: Experience with data analysis tools like Excel or PowerBI.
16. Experience: At least 2 years in a professional client-facing environment, ideally within services, marketing, software, publishing, scientific, or related industries.
