Job Description
As a Partner Account Coordinator, you will support the Customer Services and Network Services department, delivering a high level of customer service to partners, customers of partners, and internal stakeholders. You will need to be approachable and have the ability to think on your feet and solve problems daily.
What will you be doing?
1. First point of contact for Partner Account and Network Services-related enquiries.
2. Problem solving for partners, customers, and internal departments.
3. Meeting customer and client expectations and meeting agreed SLAs.
4. Collating accurate information for Partner KPI packs and internal business reporting.
5. Providing accurate data in a timely manner for both internal and external stakeholders.
6. Maintaining a high level of customer/partner focus.
7. Working closely with internal departments to ensure optimum customer service provision.
8. Managing partner agreements in line with the manager’s absence.
9. Assisting with event co-ordination in line with the manager’s absence.
10. Monitoring partner/operations queries to ensure appropriate and timely solutions, providing guidance where required.
11. Invoice generation for specific accounts or events where required.
12. Distribution of all partner communication bulletins.
13. Coordination of track and trace systems where required.
14. Actioning generic TPN email inbox enquiries effectively.
Qualifications
* Intermediate level of Microsoft IT skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet all deadlines.
* Calm and methodical approach under pressure.
* High attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
* Professional and courteous approach.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a desire to share best practice enhancements.
* Strong teamwork approach.
