A growing top-50 practice in Newbury is looking to welcome a Personal Tax Semi Senior into their collaborative and down-to-earth team. This isn't just a compliance-heavy role - it's a chance to broaden your experience and step into more interesting, value-added work.
You’ll be supporting managers and directors across a diverse portfolio of personal tax clients, including high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and business owners. Alongside your day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll have the opportunity to get stuck into tax planning and support on more complex advisory matters.

The role will include:
* Preparing personal tax returns for a wide variety of clients
* Helping identify tax planning opportunities and supporting advisory work
* Liaising with HMRC and clients directly
* Managing deadlines and organising your workflow
* Collaborating with the wider tax and accounts teams
* Coaching more junior colleagues when needed
The ideal candidate will have:
* ATT qualification and/or be working towards CTA (QBE also considered)
* Strong personal tax knowledge and a solid compliance background
* Experience with HNWIs, sole traders, and partnerships
* Confidence in managing deadlines and client comms
* An interest in developing broader advisory experience
