The ATA Estimator / Assistant Manager will play a key role in delivering high-quality accident repairs and customer satisfaction.

Duties of the ATA Estimator / Assistant Manager include
8. Estimating vehicle repairs accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
9. Assisting in managing daily workshop operations
10. Coordinating with customers and insurance companies for smooth claim processing
11. Overseeing repair progress and quality control to meet the company's high standards
12. Providing excellent customer service and technical support
13. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards
Specifications for the ATA Estimator / Assistant Manager
14. Proven experience as an estimator or assistant manager within the automotive body repair sector
15. ATA qualification in vehicle body repair or similar recognised certification
16. Strong organisational and communication skills
17. Knowledge of estimating systems and paintless dent repair techniques
18. Ability to work effectively under pressure and lead a team
19. Full UK driving licence
