Fire Door Trainer
Location: Hemel Hempstead & London (with travel across the South of the UK)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (flexibility required)
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (DOE) + Company Car

What can you expect?
You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering the training portfolio within your specialist area, ensuring it is:
* Aligned with the needs of our clients, awarding bodies, and the wider industry
* Delivered to the highest quality, meeting all internal benchmarks

What youll be doing:
* Delivering expert fire door training and assessments to industry professionals.
* Supporting the Training Manager and collaborating across departments to ensure seamless course delivery.
* Travelling to client sites, primarily in the South of England, to provide practical, hands-on instruction.
* Representing Hydro-X Training with professionalism and technical excellence.
What are the requirements:
* Solid experience as a Supervisor or Project Manager in fire door installation and maintenance.
* A hands-on background as a qualified carpenter/joiner.
* In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and legislative requirements.
* A passion for training others and improving safety standards across the industry.
