BIN LORRY DRIVERS NEEDED. We’re offering immediate starts for experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers to join our team covering the Swadlincote and Burton areas.
In this role, you’ll drive a rear-steer vehicle through local residential streets, working closely with a team of loaders to collect household waste and recycling. While your main responsibility will be driving, you may occasionally be required to assist loaders as needed. To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
Responsibilities
* Drive a rear-steer vehicle through local residential streets
* Work closely with a team of loaders to collect household waste and recycling
* Occasionally assist loaders as needed
Qualifications
* Hold a valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
* Possess a valid Digital Tachograph card
* Hold a valid CPC qualification
* Have no more than 6 penalty points on your licence and no DD, DR, or IN endorsements
Hours, pay and benefits
* This is an ongoing position with an immediate start
* Working Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 14:30 with weekends off
* Pay: £14.36 per hour
* Up to 28 days holiday per year
