Commercial Dispute Resolution Partner – BRISTOL
I'm keen to speak to ambitious, experienced Commercial Dispute Resolution Lawyers who are keen to step into a Partner role or a role that has a clear path to Partnership, where you will lead the department in the Bristol office.
About the Role:
You'll advise clients across a wide variety of contentious commercial matters, including:
* Contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes and professional negligence claims
* Enforcement of restrictive covenants and urgent injunction proceedings
* Corporate and personal insolvency and restructuring issues
* Property litigation, including recovery of rent arrears, lease renewals, break notices, dilapidations and forfeiture
* Complex cross-border disputes, often with multi-jurisdictional elements
About You:
* Qualified Lawyer with circa 8PQE in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, or insolvency
* Demonstrates strong technical knowledge and a commercial mindset
* Brings a proactive and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
* Enjoys working collaboratively within a supportive, high-performing team
Experience of advising in insolvency, property disputes, or urgent injunctive relief would be an advantage. Also experience in regulatory or policy-driven matters are of interest.
