As part of this exciting growth phase, the company is seeking an experienced CRM Manager to collaborate closely with the marketing and data teams, playing a key role in driving their mission to unify and modernise the sector.
As the CRM Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing a structured marketing follow-up strategy to engage customers who don’t convert after receiving a quote. Your projects will include planning and executing multi-channel communications (email and SMS), designing and running A/B tests, and supporting data segmentation to ensure campaigns are accurately targeted.
This is a strategic role within the business, offering you the autonomy to implement your ideas and bring creativity to the company’s marketing approach.
* Strong academic background, ideally educated to degree level
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics (or comparable analytics tools)
* Proven experience in email marketing, with a track record of delivering effective campaigns
* Demonstrated ability to optimise customer journeys to drive improved conversion rates
* Excellent team player with a collaborative working style and strong interpersonal skills
