Graphic Designer – Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer with a
passion for outdoor living and a strong understanding of our brand. This role
focuses predominantly on designing men’s and boys’ graphics. You will work both
independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, seasonal environment,
producing trend-led graphic concepts from initial briefing through to final
artwork. The ideal candidate has exceptional freehand artistic ability,
advanced Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills, strong trend awareness, and experience
creating factory-ready artwork.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and develop graphic concepts from initial concept
through to production ready artwork.
• Produce placement prints, AOPs, appliqué, embroidery
artworks, trims, and swing tickets.
• Create artwork, CAD drawings, and high-quality tech packs.
• Conduct trend research and maintain competitor awareness.

• Work closely with Senior Designers, Buyers, Brand teams,
suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee production and quality control for all
graphic-related elements.

• Strong freehand drawing ability and creative skills.
• Excellent eye for typography, colour, and composition.
• In depth knowledge of print and embellishment techniques.
• Highly organised and able to manage deadlines.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced
environment.
• Team player with ability to work independently.
• Strong understanding of our customer needs.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent
experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in fashion, lifestyle, or retail
graphic design.
• Advanced Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating fashion/lifestyle graphic
work.
• Ability to hand-draw across various styles.
IT Skill Level
Advanced Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and competency in
InDesign.
Hours of Work
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
