What you'll be driving:
* You'll be the heartbeat of their operations team leading from the front, keeping customers happy and ensuring every shipment runs like clockwork.
Your day to day
* Leading the operations team deliver fast, friendly & high quality customer service
* Working closely with clients, carriers and global offices to keep everything moving smoothly
* Preparing key freight documents
• Balancing customer focus with smart cost saving decisions to boost profitability
* Tracking P&L, unbilled shipments, and accruals for senior management
* Supporting the team with customs clearance
What you bring
* Experience in freight forwarding & transport
* Strong background across air, road or sea freight
* Confident managing shipments end to end collection, delivery, billing, customs
* Excellent communication and customer service instincts
* Proven leadership experience
Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:30
Location: Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham fantastic transport routes and free parking
Salary: £40,000 - £42,000
