Where you’ll be working
At M Group Telecom, enabling and enhancing telecom networks and playing a lead role in delivering our tech-enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. Private networks: we find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, including comprehensive network repair and maintenance.
What you’ll be doing
Join a 2nd/3rd Line Technical Support & Delivery team handling complex technical activities for Customer Services. Responsibilities include SLA-aligned delivery, governance participation, resource planning, incident and root cause management, and collaboration across support teams to define processes, systems, and skills for multi-tech solutions. Interface with Customer Services, Service Delivery, and Operational teams, especially Problem & Service Management. Contribute to metrics such as SLA, RiSLA, MTTR, DOT, MTBF, fault volumes, and reliability. Provide on-call support (including weekends), uphold quality and delivery standards, self-manage tasks, drive service excellence, initiate process improvements, translate strategy into goals, and manage change control via RAMS and governance.
What you’ll bring
* Extensive experience in operational environments, ideally in complex technology delivery roles
* Strong technical knowledge of transmission (Ericsson OMS, ABB Fox) and telephony systems (CUCM, CUCME, IP Trade)
* Skilled in network NMC/NMS and control centre operations
* Solid understanding of SDH/PDH and DWDM transmission, with routing and Ethernet expertise
* Proven customer-facing experience, demonstrating effective communication and technical support in high-pressure settings
