Due to expansion and increased business levels, our clients are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team in Leeds. The role will involve carrying out Residential and Commercial Surveys
Working hours:
* As a Chartered Surveyor, you’ll be required to work full-time Monday – Friday
Our client is offering the successfulChartered Building Surveyor:
* Basic salary of £50,000 - £60,000
* Bonus Scheme
* On Target Earnings circa £75,000
* Mileage
* Surveying equipment
The role of Chartered Building Surveyor will involve:
* Carrying out Residential and Commercial Surveys
* Redbook Valuations, Level 2 and 3 reports
* Experience in Party walls, dilapidations, and Schedule of condition
* Completing detailed Survey reports
Chartered Building Surveyorrequirements:
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience
* Minimum MRICS qualified
* UK driving license
