A leading UK contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team based in Bristol. Delivering high-profile refurbishment and enhancement projects across the rail sector non-trackside train station works, cladding,/ retrofit and structural refurbishments projects. Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, the successful candidate will oversee the commercial and financial aspects of multiple live projects, ensuring strong cost control, accurate reporting, and contractual compliance.
