Reporting to: Site Engineering Manager
This role suits an experienced Maintenance Manager or an aspiring Engineering Shift Manager ready for a bigger challenge. You will lead the maintenance engineering technical change agenda, improve line performance, and apply World Class Manufacturing (WCM) principles, including TPM.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maximize engineering resources and technical skills
* Manage a multi-million-pound engineering budget
* Develop and implement a preventative maintenance (PM) program
* Manage corrective maintenance activities
* Standardize maintenance procedures
* Drive performance improvements, lead projects, and manage budgets to achieve engineering excellence
* Develop autonomous maintenance programs and serve as a subject matter expert
* Continuously improve and reengineer maintenance processes
* Create and execute maintenance strategies to optimize plant capacity
* Monitor operational efficiency, identify underperformance, and implement improvements

Qualifications and Requirements:
* Experience in delivering maintenance improvement projects

* Experience with CMMS is a plus
* Leadership experience with technical teams
