Operational Duties & Accountabilities - To provide comprehensive minute-taking services for contractor meetings across Housing Services, ensuring accurate documentation, efficient follow-up of actions, and smooth administrative operations that support service delivery excellence - Support multiple contractor meetings across Housing Services - Manage documentation for contracts worth significant value - Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including contractors, housing officers, and senior management - Handle confidential information affecting service delivery and contractor relationships - Provide administrative support for the Housing Operations Support Team across the Housing services - Manage complex diary arrangements and meeting schedules - Handle confidential correspondence and documentation - Support preparation of reports and presentations Closing date for applications: 09:00am on Monday 9th June 2025.
