About the Role: We’re looking for a warm, organised, and reliable receptionist to join our team 2 days a week. You’ll be the first friendly face that clients see, helping us run a smooth and welcoming front desk. Days & Hours: 2 fixed weekdays – Thursday and Friday 08.30 -5.30. Finish at 4.30 on Friday rota. (Some flexibility may have to be considered) Key Responsibilities: • Greeting visitors and answering calls • Handling incoming/outgoing post and deliveries • Booking appointments and managing the diary • Light admin tasks (e.g. emails, scanning, filing) • Keeping the reception area tidy and professional What We’re Looking For: • Friendly and professional manner • Good communication and telephone skills • Comfortable with basic computer tasks (email, calendar, etc.) • Reliable, punctual, and well-organised • Experience in a front-desk or customer-facing role is a bonus, but not essential as training will be provided Perks: • Supportive, close-knit team • No weekends or evenings • Central location with great transport links • Tea, coffee, and good chat included Email your CV and a short cover note to to show your interest.
