Production Manager - Newcastle
We are looking for a Production Manager to join us in our mission of delivering quality outdoor products such as log cabins, garden offices, sheds and gazebos designed with care, built to last, and made to make our customers smile!

The Role:
This job is based out of our Newcastle site NE31 1SP
Role Overview:
* Being trained to become competent on the use of all production machinery
* Being trained to become competent at production and fabrication processes
* Trained to understand basic production manuals / product design drawings
* Trained to manage production schedules & programming
* Meet production targets/output, as directed
* Check and maintain the quality of all products
* Adhere to all H & S regulations
* Maintain the tidiness of your workspace and the production floor
* Carry out all other requests from management on an ad hoc or regular basis as required.
Requirements:
* Production management experience (Preferable Timber Production)
* Resource management
* Right to work in the UK
Essential:
* Production & management experience.
* Supervisory experience
* Resource planning
Desirable:
* Joinery Skills
* Kaizan and Six Sigma principles
* Training experience (Coach & Mentor)
* Stores & resource management
* QC
* H & S (Managing Safely)
* Forklift
What We Offer:
* Monday to Thursday 07h30 - 16h30 and Friday 07h30 - 13h30
* £38,000 - £40 000.00 depending on experience
* 29 days holiday including Bank Holidays
