Responsibilities
* Full cycle recruitment
* Create and implement sourcing strategies to develop diverse candidate pools across the UKI and Europe.
* Partner with hiring managers to conduct professional and inclusive interview processes, ensuring preparedness and efficiency.
* Evaluate candidate skills and manage offer processes, including reference checks, salary guidance, and offer negotiations.
* Provide market insights to refine recruitment priorities and align hiring strategies with business goals.
* Enhance the hiring experience by fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.
* Represent InterSystems as an employer of choice at local recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
* Eligible to work in UK
* 5+ years of recruitment experience in agency or corporate environments.
* Strong intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service.
* Adaptability to support roles across a multicultural, dynamic business.
* Commitment to equity, inclusion, and a high-quality candidate experience.
* Ability to work autonomously while following established processes and procedures.
The role is based in Windsor, UK. This is a full time in office position.
