About the Role
Owned by the same stakeholder, Radley James (Fintech recruitment) and Iceberg (Cybersecurity recruitment) are two distinct brands now seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support both businesses.
In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership teams to deliver impactful digital campaigns and enhance global visibility. With an analytical mindset and a marketing-driven approach, you will help both companies monetise their platforms, attract new clients, and ultimately contribute to revenue growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of experience who is eager to take on a hands-on role spanning performance marketing, content creation, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns (PPC, SEO, email, social).
* Support content development across LinkedIn, websites, and email.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Talent Insights.
* Coordinate internal comms, content schedules, and marketing assets.
* Conduct market and competitor research.
* Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
What We’re Looking For
* 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or digital support role.
* Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, GA4, CMS platforms, or LinkedIn Ads.
* Knowledge of SEO, PPC, Digital PR, Content Building, Digital Campaign Creation.
* Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Gemini, etc.
* Knowledge of Design tools like Canva, Gamma AI, etc.
* Strong writing and organisational skills.
* Eager to learn, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.
* Experience in B2B or recruitment marketing is a plus.
