The team is knowledgeable, welcoming, and excited to support their new colleague.?? Management Accountant – Northampton | Stable Role in a Reputable Company?? Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of monthly management accounts
* Producing Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reconciliations
* Presenting accounts to senior management
* Financial analysis and quarter-end reporting
* VAT returns and tax compliance
* Reviewing and improving financial processes
* Preparing detailed financial and management reports
* Providing financial support to other departments
?? About You:
* ACCA, ACA, CIMA qualified (or equivalent), or close to completing your exams
* Alternatively, you may be Qualified by Experience
* Confident producing monthly management accounts independently
* Able to supervise and support a small team
* Proactive, solutions-focused, and a strong communicator
* Comfortable using Excel for financial analysis
