We are currently recruiting for three experienced Systems Integration Engineers to join a high-performing Total Vehicle Validation & Integration team supporting programmes for a prestigious, ultra-luxury automotive manufacturer.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery of low-volume, high-complexity vehicles, where quality, craftsmanship and engineering precision are critical.
The Role
As a Systems Integration Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring that vehicle systems are fully validated, production-ready, and meet exacting standards.
Working at the interface of engineering and manufacturing, you will help ensure seamless integration into a bespoke, highly refined production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead system integration activities within total vehicle validation
Ensure all product variants are buildable and production-capable
Support launch readiness and vehicle maturity activities
Participate in and support prototype and build events
Assess system performance including fit, function, quality and customer-relevant characteristics
Analyse and resolve integration and production issues using structured problem-solving tools
Carry out tolerance and feasibility analysis to support product and process optimisation
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify risks and drive effective resolution
Ensure alignment between engineering intent and manufacturing capability
Contribute to planning, reporting, and programme delivery
What We’re Looking For
Background in an engineering or manufacturing environment, supported by a degree, HND or equivalent experience
