We’re now looking for a confident, commercially minded Bars Manager to lead the bar operations, inspire the team, and elevate the drinks experience across the property. Leading day-to-day bar operations across The Randolph Managing, mentoring, and developing the bar team Driving cocktail quality, presentation, and service standards Managing stock control, ordering, and cost performance Creating seasonal cocktail menus and supporting drinks innovation Monitoring labour, rota planning, and performance KPIs Ensuring compliance with licensing, health & safety, and hygiene standards Working closely with senior leadership to grow revenue and guest satisfaction What Do You Need? Proven experience as a Bar Manager or strong Assistant Bar Manager in a quality-led venue Excellent cocktail, spirits, and wine knowledge Strong commercial awareness and understanding of cost control Confident leadership skills and ability to motivate teams Calm, organised approach in a busy service environment Genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience WHAT DO WE OFFER??
