About the Role
Smile Education are delighted to be working with a number of Catholic schools across Coventry, who are looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their welcoming communities.
These schools are guided by Gospel values and place equal importance on academic achievement, personal growth and spiritual development. As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting both pupils and teachers, helping to create a nurturing environment where every child can flourish.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience supporting children in a school, childcare or youth setting.
- A patient, caring approach, with a willingness to uphold and respect the Catholic ethos.
- Flexibility to work across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping children learn.
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
- TA qualifications (Level 2/3).
