About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive, customer-focused Technical Support Analyst to join our growing IT team. In this role, you’ll help keep the business running smoothly by ensuring our people, systems, and technology operate seamlessly every day.
You’ll deliver high-quality support to internal and external customers, resolving incidents and service requests across hardware, software, and network environments. This is a hands-on position with plenty of variety, from provisioning new devices to diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
What You’ll Do
• Deliver high-quality IT support as the primary contact for employees, field teams, and clients via phone, email, and the ITSM platform.
• Log, prioritise, and resolve incidents and service requests efficiently, escalating appropriately.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and business applications to ensure reliable operations.
• Administer user accounts, access rights, and permissions, managing full onboarding and offboarding lifecycles.
• Develop and maintain the IT knowledge base to improve issue resolution and reduce future response times.
• Provide hands-on, on-site technical support during scheduled times.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, driving continuous improvement, automation, and innovation across IT operations.
• Support the rollout and adoption of new applications, features, and functionality across the organisation.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in an IT support, service desk, or technical analyst role.
• Strong knowledge of end-user computing, hardware, software, and networking principles.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• A proactive approach to learning and self-development.
