Process Owner
Hybrid – Swindon or London
Salary - £45,000 to £55,000 + Bonus
Objective of the role
The Paytech Nexus platform is the core processing platform for the Edenred group, handling over 1.5 billion transactions annually across 30+ countries through various channels including open-loop and closed-loop card schemes, funding channels, and bank payment rails in the UK & SEPA.
This platform supports diverse financial programs such as fintech challenger banks, travel, fuel, employee benefits, and retail gifting. Paytech manages products under its own e-money license, regulated by UK & Belgium authorities, and processes transactions for clients with their own licenses.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a process-driven individual to join the ‘Portfolio Tools & Process team’, responsible for deploying tools and processes across Paytech to support portfolio delivery, impacting over 300 team members in Market Success Delivery, Product & Technology departments.
Key objectives include:
1. Providing financial metrics and insights on costs, OPEX, and CAPEX.
2. Standardizing and maintaining a single reference point for end-to-end delivery processes.
3. Administering tooling to maximize benefits.
4. Providing KPIs on portfolio delivery to support strategic decisions.
The goal is to enable Paytech to operate efficiently through standardized processes and tooling, facilitating better decision-making for strategic projects.

Core Responsibilities
Process Management:
* Engage with stakeholders to improve portfolio delivery processes.
* Oversee design and execution of processes aligned with business goals.
* Standardize, evaluate, and monitor processes.
* Identify and eliminate defects.
* Foster innovation with minimal disruption.
Tools and Change Management:
* Support tool configuration changes.
* Create documentation and training materials.
* Lead process rollout and communicate changes effectively.
* Share updates and foster collaboration.
Control and Improvement:
* Monitor post-implementation benefits.
* Provide KPIs and analytics for process improvement.
* Troubleshoot and optimize processes.
* Support strategic decision-making with metrics.
Skills & Behaviors
Core skills include experience in process management, stakeholder engagement, change management, and familiarity with agile methodologies and KPIs. Technical skills beneficial for this role include experience with JIRA, reporting tools, and data analysis.
