Job Description Summary
Become part of a winning team and help to deliver the Green Energy transition. You will work as part of the manufacturing team to ensure the assembly of products meets daily targets while maintaining the required quality standards. Assembly and inspection should be carried out using the correct tools, current build, and proper process documentation.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure production targets are achieved, which may require shift work.
2. Responsible for the build quality of the product, in line with standard operating instructions.
3. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the workstation.
4. Check that all equipment complies with BV Inspections, Calibration, and PAT requirements.
5. Support other duties as required to support the manufacturing facility.
6. Carry out 5S inspections.
7. Ensure EHS best practices are followed and fully aligned with GE EHS standards.

* Advanced experience in light mechanical assembly or similar environments.
Skills and Experience
* Ability to work and communicate effectively within a team.
* Understanding of 'Lean manufacturing' techniques is advantageous.
* Knowledge of Kanban and Flow/Pull techniques is advantageous.
* Mechanical/Electrical aptitude is advantageous.
* Knowledge of manual handling and ergonomics.
* Ability to work independently following standard written procedures.
* Knowledge of VAV and LOTO procedures.

* Interpersonal and communication skills.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven approach.
* Ability to meet deadlines with quality work.
* Proficiency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a bonus.
