Seasonal Sales Assistant, White Stuff, Ilkley. Contract position; 4 hours FTC. Weekend availability may be required.
Role Summary
We're on the hunt for seasonal Customer Hosts (Sales Assistants) to join our community of happy customers. You will help our store teams have meaningful conversations with customers, discuss the features and benefits of our products, and recommend items to suit individual needs. This role is perfect for someone who wants to have fun, be part of a team and learn new skills.
Responsibilities
* Assist customers in-store and provide an excellent customer experience
* Discuss product features and benefits and recommend suitable items
* Support store teams during busy seasonal periods
* Contribute to a positive, festive store environment
Requirements / Qualifications
* Passion for retail and fashion
* Ability to thrive in a team environment and inspire others with enthusiasm
* Strong customer-service mindset
* Weekend availability may be required
* 4-hour FTC contract considerations
