Salary: £23,902 - £28,594 depending on experience + great benefits

The Mission
We're on the hunt for a problem-solving powerhouse to join our squad as a Utilities Migration Expert. You'll be the go-to person for sorting out all things utilities - from billing quirks to onboarding hiccups - making sure every customer gets the gold-standard service they deserve.
You'll help guide our utility customers through a major system switch-up, support process improvements, and be a key player in helping us build slick new ways of working. If you love untangling complicated issues and bringing calm to the chaos, this one's for you.

What You'll Be Getting Stuck Into

Investigating customer accounts to figure out where things went wrong and how to fix them - for good
Using your product knowledge to explain issues clearly and confidently
Handling escalations with professionalism, balancing customer satisfaction with business needs
Managing contact through phone, email, text, and letters to resolve queries quickly and effectively
Navigating Change of Tenancy (COT) processes to onboard and offboard customers smoothly
Supporting customers in financial difficulty, offering practical solutions and directing them to helpful resources
Updating systems and CRMs with accurate, timely data
Ensuring everything you do complies with regulations, internal processes, and data protection policies

What You Bring to the Table

Previous B2B customer service experience where you delivered exceptional service
A strong understanding of customer care processes and relevant regulations
Experience in utilities or Change of Tenancy roles (preferred)
Confidence using CRMs or lead management systems
Previous experience working with outsourced partners
Clear and adaptable communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership in your work
A professional, approachable attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
