The role:
* Lead on complex UK FCA regulatory matters
* Advise on new product launches and strategic initiatives
* Partner closely with senior stakeholders across legal, compliance and product
* Help shape governance as the business continues to grow
The profile:
* Significant PQE with deep UK financial services regulatory experience
* Background in retail banking, wealth management, platforms, deposit aggregation or similar
* Commercial, pragmatic and comfortable operating at senior level
This will suit an experienced in-house lawyer ready for a more dynamic growth environment or someone in a large law firm with secondment experience seeking broader scope and impact.
